We also loved the pool area, a great spot for the kids to play and for us to relax. a wonderful experience for our family.

My Thanksgiving stay was fantastic! The resort had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a clean and tidy room and a spacious balcony with a lovely view. The price, which felt a bit expensive for just one night. there was no staff available during check-in, check-out, or throughout the stay.

Staff very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Room was clean and all equipment needed for the stay was there particularly in the kitchen.

Privacy between adjacent balconies could be enhanced in certain locations by side screens. A dvd player failed but was quickly replaced.

Thai Square, where you can eat, is an easy walk to the hotel. There was a heated swimming pool.

Our recent stay at a local resort was fantastic. Located close to the river and excellent restaurants, it was easy to explore the area. The apartment was well-furnished, clean, and spacious. We enjoyed the pool and spa, and the well-maintained grounds were a treat to explore.

The Verano Resort is centrally located within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and supermarket. The resort is extremelly well appointed and management very helpfull. Would strongly recommend this resort to others and will return ourselves in the future.

I loved staying in this hotel, it was just off the river and very close to some great restaurants. The hotel facilities were great as they had a large heated pool with a hot tub that was perfect for relaxing after a day out. Additionally, the hotel was clean and tidy with easy parking and easy transportation. This city was amazing and this hotel location was close to everything including the local shops along the river. The staff were very friendly and helpful which made my stay even better.
